Manifestation is technique that is pseudoscientific in nature which consist of self-help strategies. It helps in mind training by establishing a belief system that an individual's wishes come true by mentally visualizing them.

Manifestation techniques are based on the law of attraction of the New Thought Spirituality. Manifestations are not supported by science but it has played a major part in creating a self disciplinary personality where our belief systems are enhanced. There is no right or wrong method but only the power of self love, desire and willingness towards oneself that drives our manifesting skills.



In our journey to achieve and practice spirituality, manifestations play a key role. Helping ourselves train into a pattern of wishful thinking not only makes us positive from within but fuels us to work towards ourselves. In fact few manifesting techniques that are introduced have been proven to help people overcome their fears by making them believe into a possibility by training their minds to stay focused and calm.


Journaling or writing down goals and wishes helps you to release your thoughts and keeps them safe into a visual delight. We often tend to forget Ideas and thoughts that can help us evolve in life.


I have been practicing manifestations by creating a vision board as a constant reminder. Deep down we all wish for everything yo work out magically and get all our wishes fulfilled from the divine power the we respectively believe exist. All I can assure you is that, Universe manifestation has made me mentally strong as a person, kept me inclined towards spirituality and helped me keep a positive approach in life and in the end well that’s what we all are looking.
